About Our Chapter
The Greater Rochester Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association was formed in (Need to find the date) and is one of approximately 94 chapters in the United States and Canada. Our current Chapter membership includes CFO's, controllers, accountants, insurance professionals, bankers and lawyers.
Our mission is to unite individuals in the construction industry; provide a forum through which the Association’s members can meet to exchange ideas; develop and coordinate educational programs dedicated to the purpose of improving the professional standards of construction financial managers; enhance the role and promote the image of construction financial managers; and be a recognized authority on construction financial management.
Our Chapter strength is within our members and our programs and events. We present educational and development seminars providing a variety of topics particular to the needs of our membership and/or industry as well as networking opportunities with local and national members. In addition, our Associate Members keep the Chapter up to date on changes affecting the construction industry and are able and willing to respond to inquiries and questions without obligation.
Whether you are new to our industry or have been in construction your whole career, CFMA offers the benefit of personal and professional growth and a diverse peer network found in no other association.
We encourage you to attend an upcoming event and see how valuable a CFMA membership can be to your career and personal development.
